Products sold by Revetix.bio are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the specialized nature of these products, opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the package and product, and a description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Revetix.bio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
